Guests often mention the clean, modern rooms and find them to be a comfortable size. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight for many, thanks to its delicious breakfast and amazing views of the Bosphorus; a few guests, however, have noted noise from the rooftop bar. For some, the hotel provides good value, especially with the inclusion of a Nespresso machine in the room.

i found the room very clean and well kept. the breakfast selection was diverse, with many options available each morning. pakize, one of the room attendants, was kind and, it was great!!!

the coffee pods were scarcely replenished .

The staff was really helpful with directions and transport. The room was clean and well-kept. Pakize, the housekeeper, was professional. The hotel's location offered easy access to transport and key attractions. It was quiet at night.

Excellent Stay Near Galata Tower

meticulous cleaning comfortable bed fantastic view quiet location

the staff offered service surpassing expectations, especially compared to other five-star hotels. the room received consistent, meticulous cleaning throughout my visit. i found the bed and pillows delivered superb comfort. the rooftop restaurant presented a fantastic view. i was able to walk to most attractions. the location remained quiet ensuring restful sleep.

the superior double room offered ample space and thoughtful design, including a well-appointed bathroom (i especially liked the rainfall shower). a comfortable seating area by the window allowed for relaxation. the climate control system worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature.
